"Great supplier with speedy delivery!"
Got my HEX-V2 today and started using it right away! The item arrived super fast after it was sent out and it functions flawlessly. Plus, I'm a fan of the blue case too.

The email confirming the dispatch is quite entertaining! It's probably the only confirmation email I've ever read from start to finish.

I’m really blown away by the support these folks offer. I’m writing this review even before my order has been shipped out.

I’m already sure it’ll be just as described and arrive on time. No worries there!

I was kinda stuck on which diagnostic scanner to choose. A quick 5-minute chat with the team cleared everything up for me.

After that, I confidently placed my order, knowing they had my needs covered. It was a really nice experience talking to them.

The only downside? I guess I won’t be getting any Christmas gifts this year now! 😉

"Awesome company to work with"
Awesome company to work with, my order was dispatched super fast and packed really well. I particularly appreciate the protective blue case that the VCDS HEX-V2 cable is housed in, which I think is unique to Gendan. But the highlight has to be their funny emails that they send to keep you in the loop; they make for a good laugh and are probably the only shipping notification emails I've actually read all the way through!
